Smart water filters offer options for the home

As more households pay attention to the water they drink, Viomi Philippines has introduced three smart water filters with different features for everyday use. The C1 Vital Pro, K1 Mineral and K2 Mineral Pro are part of the brand’s first lineup in the country. The three models are intended for households with different preferences: purified drinking water, mineralized water or ready access to hot water. They also share connected features that let users check their systems and replace filters themselves. The C1 Vital Pro is an under-sink filter designed to take up less kitchen space. According to Viomi, it uses a seven-stage system that includes reverse osmosis and carbon composite filtration. It connects to the Viomi app, which allows users to monitor the unit. The K1 Mineral also uses seven-stage filtration, reverse osmosis and carbon composite filtration. It adds a mineralization step that Viomi says puts calcium, strontium, magnesium, potassium, sodium and metasilicic acid into the filtered water.
